43. The Church Begins
Kiniisada oo Bilaabantay
After Jesus returned to heaven, the disciples stayed in Jerusalem as Jesus had commanded. The followers of Jesus gathered together and were praying constantly. Marku Ciise ku laabtay Jannadda, xertiisu waxa aay joogeen Yeruuslaam sida uu Ciise uu fatray. Kadib Asxaabti Ciise inta aay isku yimaadeen ayeey wada duceysteen oo Ilaahay baryeen.
Fifty days after Jesus rose from the dead, a Jewish feast called Pentecost took place. Pentecost was a celebration of thanksgiving. Jews from all over the world would come to Jerusalem to celebrate together. Konton cisho kabacdii markiii uu Ciise dhimashada ka sara kacay, waxa la gaadhay maalintii dabaal dega Yahuuda oo la odhan jiray Bentekoste. Bentekoste waxa aay aheyd maalin Ilaah amaana. Yahuuda aduunka ku nool oo dhan ayaa iskaga timaada dacalada aduunka si aay u dabaal degan.
While the believers were all together, suddenly, they heard a sound like a strong wind that filled the house. Then something like flames of fire appeared over the heads of all the believers. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages. Oo kolkii maalintii Bentekoste la gaadhay, meel bay kulligood wada joogeen. Oo waxaa filanla'aan samada ka yimid sanqadh sida dabayl xoog leh oo aad u dhacaysa, oo waxay buuxisay gurigii ay fadhiyeen oo dhan. Markaasaa carrabbo u kala qaybsamaya sida dab oo kale iyaga u muuqday oo ku dul fadhiistay midkood kasta. Kolkaasaa waxaa kulligood ka wada buuxsamay Ruuxa Quduuska ah, oo waxay bilaabeen inay afaf kale ku hadlaan sidii Ruuxu iyaga u siiyey hadalka.
When the people in Jerusalem heard about this, a crowd gathered, wondering what was happening. The people were astonished when they heard the believers speaking in their own native languages, proclaiming the wonderful works of God. Markaas waxaa Yeruusaalem joogay Yuhuud oo ahaayeen niman cibaado leh oo ka yimid quruun kasta oo samada hoosteeda joogta. Oo markii sanqadhaas la maqlay, dadkii badnaa ayaa isu yimid, wayna yaabeen, maxaa yeelay, nin kastaa wuxuu maqlay iyagoo afkiisa ku hadlaya. Oo dhammaantood way wada nexeen oo yaabeen, oo waxay yidhaahdeen, Bal eeg, kuwan hadlaya oo dhammu miyaanay reer Galili ahayn?
Some accused the disciples of being drunk, but Peter stood up and said, “Listen to me! These people are not drunk! This is a fulfillment of the prophecy made by the prophet Joel which says, ‘In the last days, I will pour out my Spirit.’” Qaar kalena waa ku qosleen oo waxay yidhaahdeen, Kuwan waxaa ka buuxa khamri cusub. laakiin Butros intuu koob-iyo-tobankii isla taagay, ayuu sare u qaaday codkiisa oo ku yidhi iyaga, Niman yahow reer Yahuudiya iyo dhammaantiinan Yeruusaalem degganow, tan ogaada oo hadalladayda dhegaysta. Waayo, kuwanu ma sakhraansana sidaad u malaynaysaan inay sakhraansan yihiin; maxaa yeelay, tanu waa saacaddii saddexaad ee maalmeed. Laakiin waxanu waa wixii lagaga dhex hadlay nebi Yoo'eel.
“Men of Israel, Jesus was a man who did many mighty signs and wonders by the power of God, as you have seen and already know. You crucified him!” “Rag yahow reer binu Israa'iil, hadalladan maqla; Ciisihii reer Naasared oo ahaa nin Ilaah idiinku caddeeyey shuqullo xoog leh iyo yaabab iyo calaamooyin oo Ilaah ku sameeyey isaga gacantiisa idinka dhexdiinna, sidaad idinka qudhiinnuba u og tihiin,”
“But God raised him to life again to fulfill the prophecy which says, ‘You will not let your Holy One rot in the grave.’ God raised this Jesus from the dead. We are witnesses.” “Laakin Isaga Ilaah baa sara kiciyey oo nooleyey mar labaad si uu u sadaliinti nebiyada u u roomeyo sidaas oo ku qorneyd, ‘ Uma ogaaln doontid in Ka Quduuska uu xabaasha ku qurmo.’ Ilaahay ayaa Ciise dhimashada ka so kiciyeey. Markhaatina waan ka aheyn.”
“Jesus is now exalted to the right hand of God the Father. And the Father has sent the promised Holy Spirit which you are seeing and hearing.” “Ciise haddaba Ilaah midigtiisa sare loogu qaaday, oo Aabbaha ka helay ballankii Ruuxa Quduuska ahaa, ayuu soo shubay waxan oo aad arkaysaan oo maqlaysaan.”
“Know for certain that God has made this Jesus, the one you crucified, both Lord and Messiah!” “Reer binu Israa'iil oo dhammu aad ha u ogaadeen in Ilaah ka dhigay Rabbi iyo Masiixba Ciisahan aad iskutallaabta ku qodobteen!”
The people listening to Peter were deeply moved and asked, “Brothers, what should we do?” Markay taas maqleen ayaa qalbiga laga wareemay, markaasay ku yidhaahdeen Butros iyo rasuulladii kale, “Walaalayaalow, maxaannu falnaa?”
Peter said, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Markaasaa Butros iyagii ku yidhi, “Toobadkeena, oo midkiin kasta ha lagu baabtiiso magaca Ciise Masiix dembidhaafkiinna aawadiis, oo waxaad heli doontaan hadiyadda ah Ruuxa Quduuska ah.”
About 3,000 people believed what Peter said. They were baptized and were added to the people of God, which is the Church. The people who believed in Jesus became known as Christians. \ Markaasaa kuwii hadalkiisii aqbalay la biyageliyey, oo waxaa maalintaas lagu daray dadka kale ee Ilaahay iyo Masiix rumeystay. Waxa aay dhamayeen ilaa saddex kun oo qof. Dadkaas Ciise rumeystay waxa laguu yeedhay Masiixiyiin.\
The believers devoted themselves to the disciples’ teaching, fellowship, eating together, and prayer. They all met together and shared everything they had. They praised God and even non-believers thought well of them. Every day, more people became Christians. Oo waxay ku sii adkaysteen rasuulladu waxay bari jireen iyo xidhiidhka ka dhexeeyey iyaga, iyo kibista jebinteeda iyo tukasho. Oo kuwii rumaystay oo dhammu waa wada jireen, wax walubana waa ka wada dhexeeyeen; Ilaah bay ammaani jireen, oo dadka oo dhammuna waa u bogay iyaga. Ilaahna maalin walba kuwa badbaadaya ayuu ku dari jiray Masiixiyinta. Qoraalakani waxa uu ka yimid Kitaabka Quduuska ah: Falimaha Rasuullada 2:
